Cancellation Policy
To cancel your place on this or any course please contact us at least 7 days before the course is due to start to receive a full refund. If you contact us to cancel within 7 days of the course starting we will not be able to refund you, but will instead credit the amount you paid towards future services with All Creatures Pet Care & Dog Training. For 1-2-1 training sessions we require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to issue a full refund. If you contact us to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled training session we will not be able to refund you, but will instead offer to credit the amount you paid towards future services with All Creatures Pet Care & Dog Training.
